These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Massage Republics worldwide. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms. You must also follow the laws and regulations that apply in your country, state, province, city or other location.
Eligibility and local age requirements
Massage Republics is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. If the legal age required to access or advertise the relevant content in your location is higher than 18, that higher age applies. Do not use the platform if doing so is prohibited where you are located.
Platform role
Massage Republics provides online tools for independent advertisers to publish listings and for visitors to discover them. Massage Republics is not an advertiser, agency or party to private communications, meetings, payments, services or arrangements between users.
Advertiser responsibilities
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership and availability of their text, images, contact details and advertised services. You must have all necessary rights and permissions for anything you publish and must comply with the rules that apply in every place where your listing is offered or viewed.
Prohibited content and conduct
You must not publish or facilitate illegal, fraudulent, exploitative, trafficked, non-consensual or underage content or activity. Impersonation, harassment, malware, unauthorized personal data, intellectual-property infringement, misleading claims and attempts to disrupt or bypass platform security are also prohibited.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your login details secure. Notify Massage Republics if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
Payments, taxes and interactions
Any price, currency, payment, tax or private arrangement is the responsibility of the people involved. Use caution, verify information independently and never share passwords or sensitive financial credentials. Cross-border transactions may be subject to additional local requirements.
Moderation and availability
Massage Republics may review, restrict, reject or remove content or accounts to enforce these terms, respond to reports, protect users or comply with applicable law. Features and listing availability may vary by country or region, and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Mandatory local rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer, privacy or other local laws.
