Massage Republics respects copyright and other intellectual-property rights worldwide. This page describes a general copyright complaint process and the notice process available under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Copyright infringement notice

To report material, provide: identification of the copyrighted work or a representative list of works; identification and the exact Massage Republics URL of the material to be removed; your name and sufficient contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

Other jurisdictions

If you are outside the United States, you may still submit a copyright or content-removal request. Include the same clear identification, URLs, ownership information and explanation. Massage Republics will assess the request under the laws and procedures that apply.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint and you believe this resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the information required by applicable law. A valid counter-notice may be shared with the original complainant, and content may be restored when legally permitted.

Repeat infringement

Massage Republics may restrict or terminate accounts associated with repeated or serious infringement where appropriate.
